| "Louise knows all the secrets about looking good from top to toe! Going shopping with her is a real education as well as great fun. What was great about our trip was that she had taken my brief beforehand and already scouted out some outfits. When we arrived, we whizzed through the department store, with Louise eliminating clothes in the wrong colours and unflattering shapes. We ended up in the changing rooms with an armful of clothes with Louise dashing in and out collecting different sizes and getting shoes and accessories to try them on with. In the end, the most difficult bit was deciding what to leave behind! Louise is totally professional but also morphs into your best friend who'll tell you if your bottom looks big in something without offending you! I can't believe how much we got done in a morning.
